Some companys take buses to texas and pick up illegals, then they house them so they can work dirt cheap. How's that helping the economy when they send there money south. How do we stop all this illegal behavior? Huh Pres.

How much money do you think they can send, when they get paid 2 to 3 dollars an hour?
How do they survive here meanwhile?
Do you know that Jews send money to Israel, by the millions of dollars?
Millions of dollars that they exploit out of the public and illegal workers?
That money never sees the light of day in the USA's economy.
Do you know that 100 big corporations CEO's make over a thousand million dollars in wages and bonuses a year, 70% of which is invested in foreign lands and safeguarded in Swiss banks?
That's another hit in the economy.
Research better next time you are trying to blame your economic problems on a hard working segregated group of humans.

If they are here Illegally,that ends the debate as far as I'm concerned. I don't care if they're minors,that's another issue. If they go back to their home Country,then come back legally then they're fine by me.Until they do that they're simply criminals,and I don't care what happens to criminals.As for prosecuting the Employers,that part sounds like a fine idea,whatever they can do to get employers who hire Illegals.If we can stop the Employers from hiring Illegals,then the Illegals won't come in the first place. Not much you can do. The government rarely raids employers, most of the raids are for show to say they are doing something. Its likely thousands of employers are turned in every year but fewer than 100 raids. Also most illegals have fake documents like a fake social security card and drivers license. So the employer can just say their documents looked real and not be penalized.

Brian--there is this issue all over the United states--YES it is illegal, not much is done--there seems to be a long range plan to allow it when the government admits they can't control it. right now this whole thing is like drugs and prostitution...without these current laws the cops would have nothing to do. But if hookers and drugs and illegals are made LEGAL--cops won't have much to do and they will probably get laid off.

But it would shut the entire country down. There are so few Native Americans left that if we got rid of all the european settlers the country would be emptied.

It is impossible. If you go to the police they will direct you to the INS. The INS will not answer the phone. If you go there in person, they will not write a report. They will not investigate, they will not do anything. Why do you think there are so many here?

it helps the economy because it is a change in the cost of production. this causes the supply curve of the AS-AD model to shift outwards...causing more real output. This makes the real GDP of the US go up...but i agree we shouldn't have illegal ppl working in the us.
