No amount of vitamins could grant you an easy way out from having lung cancer while you smoke. Tobacco is bad for your bones and kidneys so, maybe, it 's for the best to kick the habit and start anew than trying against what's inevitably a sure hit later: game-over by lung cancer!

I'm a smoker too but, right now, I'm working hard to finally quit. Think about it! It's your call.

The best thing you can do is to just stop smoking. No vitamin is going to take back the effects of smoking, and the best way to prevent lung/heart problems is to simply stop smoking and eat well.

Doesn't matter what vitamin you take. You will have problems with your lungs and heart no matter what. Lung cancer is an ugly death. My Mom ate healthy, took vitamins and still died of lung cancer.

if you care about the health of your body enough STOP SMOKING

not smoking can add up to twenty years into your lifespan

also if you quit for good your lungs will get better over time in five years your lungs will be pink and new.

A fast acting poison would be best. The smoker would then be prevented from doing any additional damage to the lungs.

Take green tea supplements, or better yet, drink the green tea itself...people in Japan smoke all the time and yet they have low lung cancer rates because they drink all that green tea...it's the miracle drink for sure!

You can find out how to make it online.
I know alot of bulgarians who make home made yogurt. It cleans your lungs out and it has a bit of a sour taste.

the do not smoke vitamin. You can get one from your doctor to reduce or extinguish your smoking habit.
