No they can't
But it is possiable and has been documented that some people can have two set of DNA make ups in there body. It is caused be having apart of an unform twin in there system. Ok I know strange fact but the true. the only reason I knew about it was that one of those news shows had done a story on a woman who had two kinds of DNA make ups which she found out when testing was done on her and daughter because of some legal battle she was going through.

No, impossible.
Maybe you're refering to O negative. That's still blood group with specific genes.
