and every time i have some i either vomit or feel like i am about to vomit. The only vegetable i can stand is tomato in ketchup form and i even dislike french fries and potato chips but i eat them for the fact they are vegetables and i don't throw up from them. I used to have to take a vitamin when i was younger but the doctor said for some reason i didn't need it anymore.
So what exactly do vegetables do for a persons body? I already am extremely healthy in all aspects of my physical life, so do i really need to eat the recommended amount of vegetables per day for a person?

Vegetables supply a myriad of nutrients. You may be able to get the equivalent consuming fruit only but I'm betting you should take a supplement.
If you don't eat any vegetables there is no possibility you are "extremely healthy"
You may as well skip the chips and fries-the small nutritional value they possess is completely offset by the harm from the fat content.

Vegetables are a good source of vitamins. If, however, you're eating fruits, then you should be OK.
Try eating vegetables in different forms, like raw, steamed, broiled, roasted, etc. Maybe that will help.

Eat your veggies! I don't do it nearly enough. They supply much needed vitamins and fiber.
Check out the site on the source for more info.

Your doctor isn't a dietitian.
You probably do need to take vitamins.

Omg.. confident onions are undesirable, the scent and each thing. and that they placed them in strange issues like cheesy potatoes, or spaghetti sauce, and my mothers consistently like "Oh you won't be able to even style it!" Its ironic how i consistently can style it anyhow! the thought-approximately onions in my mouth makes me prefer to puke. they're disgusting and terrible!

lol. If you throw up whenever you eat something healthy, you aren't healthy at all.
