Hey. Do you have Any more info? Something your Mom can tell you. Do you have an idea of what town in PR he lives in? Also do you know his full last name? In PR they go by the fathers last name followed by the mothers last name. Or even his age or birth place.. Here are some PR white page listings, however you will need to search seperately through each town (if you dont know his town) & that will take some time.

Well I found 1 Yaritza Pagan in PR:
Pagan Velazquez, Yaritza
Patillas, PR

You can try calling this number also. I know it might seem wierd but you will just need to call these numbers & ask if they are your long lost father or sister. Just let the person know you are calling people with this name b/c you are searching for your family, they will understand. Do u know spanish? Otherwise you can hire someone but it might be pretty expensive. Best of Luck!

I am not sure what you meant by your family coinciding with the Mejias family. But I found some people in PR with the last names 'Pagan Mejias' & 'Mejias Pagan'. Let me know if you need any of them.
---------------------------------
OMG LOOK WHAT I FOUND!!! I hope that is them!! Maybe they can tell you more about your Dad! Please let me know how everything works out! Sorry the phone number is not available, but u can write a letter.

This is what www.ancestry.com had to say about the name,
Pagan
Spanish (Pagán): Castilianized spelling of Catalan Pagà , from the Late Latin personal name Paganus, which originally meant ‘dweller in an outlying village’ (see Paine).
Spanish: in some cases it may be a topographic name from Catalan pagà ‘heath’, from Latin pagus ‘district’, ‘outlying village’.
Northern English and Scottish: probably from the Latin medieval personal name Paganus, the vernacular form of which was Paine (see Paine).
hope this helps.
