Hey,
I'm going wild camping in Scotland in about two weeks and I just wanted to know if anyone could tell me if there's dangerous wildlife I should be aware of that could maybe attack me at night? :)
Thx for the help...

Beware of the Haggis roaming in the night !
Seriously : There shouldn't be any problems , unless you're afraid of sheep and cows .

I agree with the second part of Ann's answer, you need to watch out for hibernating animals too, for example; toads. There shouldn't be any tic's at this time of year but you never know so don't go to the loo in the bracken. The only creature you are very unlikely to come across but there is a possibility of seeing is adders. Most will have taken to ground by now but watch where your treading if u go off the tracks. Try not to startle deer, they 999 times out of a 1000 run as soon as they see you but there's always that one time. I was up there at beginning of December on the west highland coast. If you can go to Loch Hourn the re is a hunting lodge a few hundred yards before the end of the road (7or8miles long) on the right over a bridge which will accept u for a £ a night other wise just go somewhere sheltered. Take loads of water cos u can get fluid on the lungs if you don't drink enough when its cold. Have funn.

Haggis are the worst, nasty things but thankfully rare now. avoid Glaswegians as well.

There are a few other wild animals but non will do you any harm. The worst you might get is a curious rodent nibbling food left outside the tent and a sheep bleating in anger froma distance really

However that is the real creatures. There might be a few supernatural creatures wandering around too.... hell hounds, Brownies, Kelpies,... depending where you stay.

Have fun with the camping - look up those supernatural beasts and you have the makings of a ghost story (which can be attributed to a whole host of noises outside a tent!!)

I don't think there are any in general, it's more the other way round in that there are certain birds that you shouldn't disturb during the nesting season, but you'll probably be a bit early for that:

It's probably also worth checking though through the local nature conservancy councils in the areas you intend to visit if there are any exceptional circumstances such as escaped semi domesticated wild animals that had been kept as pets.
