If you are asking whether a person could faint without them knowing it the answer is no. With fainting, the muscles completely relax and a person collapses. However, there are are events similar to fainting that can occur without someone knowing it - one is called an absence seizure and another is a transient ischemic attack (TIA).

With an absence seizure, a person's conscious thoughts completely blank out for a second or two, but the person can continue with activities such as standing or walking during the event. Many times, a person having an absence seizure doesn't know it, but someone who is watching a person experiencing an absence seizure might notice that the person's eyes lose focus, or that they stop talking in mid sentence.

TIA is a little more like fainting - a person very briefly loses balance and loses track of their thoughts, but people experiencing this type of attack usually notice it.
