I guess the agencies have thought about this issue, they probably don't want their female actors enjoying a 9 month holiday after each shoot!
They probably check all actors for STD's and prompt the use of contraceptives (condoms, spermicides, morning after pills).

Yes to both. Usually, they use birth control, but they don't usually use condoms so disease is a good possibility.
These people are usually on drugs or alcohol. I saw a very sad documentary about some young women in the business and they all had some major problems with drugs, alcohol, past sexual abuse, etc.

They all get tested and have to be clean before participating. Most porn stars are on some type of birth control. Some female porn stars do have abortions, i'm sure.

I'm sure it's happened but I think most of them are contractually obligated to use birth control and have STD testing. This is a really gross question, btw.

They do STD tests on both male and females before the makeout.
