I wouldn't advise anyone, especially those who haven't been to a doctor, to take anything like Viagra. This drug creates an effect on the heart and can cause blood pressure problems. If you have a history of heart disease or take anything with "Nitrates" in it, you could have a acute heart attack. This is not to say the other problems it can cause.

There are a lot of side affects to these drugs like Viagra and these other sexual enhancing drugs like intense migraine headaches, erections that won't go down and need surgery at an ER. Don't mess with something you don't know about.

an otherwise healthy person that is having trouble getting hard when properly stimulated. only a qualified doctor can tell you for sure.

in my case, i am in my 50's and sometimes have trouble getting hard. the doctor told me it was caused by my age and stress (which is why it only happens sometimes) and he gave me some samples of viagra and cialis. I now buy a generic form of cialis online at THE-MED-STORE.COM and take a half tablet when the stress of my job or my ex-wife start to interfere with my ability to have sex with my current wife. It is an amazing drug, but like i said, ask your doctor first to make sure it is safe for you.
