It's for serious mango lovers.... powdered mango found in Indian grocery stores ... I've never been brave enough to snort it.. but I do love my mango flesh.

Amchoor is dried mango powder, it gives a tart/sour flavor to help balance curries. A good substitute is lemon/lime juice.
It may also be spelled amchur.
