There is a vegetarian group that is meeting and I found out through a friend that they allow people to bring boiled eggs to a potluck. They claim that eating eggs is not cruel, but they are in need of being educated. The reason I say this is because most eggs are not cruelty-free.

I am thinking of going to the next potluck with some picket signs with pictures of egg-laying hens confined inside battery cages in total darkness. The pictures were taken with an infrared camera. I want these so called "vegetarians" to know the truth about. Vegetarians like these are giving us real vegetarians (the vegans) a bad name.

The reason I say this is because meat eaters use the whole egg thing to justify eating meat. Meat eaters will say "Oh, I know a person who says they are a vegetarian, but they eat eggs". This is why I think we should become vegans because it doesn't give the meat eater anything to use to try an justify their lifestyle.

You have got to be kidding. People have raised chickens for years for the sole purpose of sustaining life-----their life. No one appreciates a bully, and that is what you are doing. Bullying people into agreeing with YOUR beliefs. Do your own thing and leave everyone else alone.

Be polite and humbly show to those people some material that proves that not all eggs is cruelty free. Don't think to tell them what to do or to converet them, just show what you know and leave them alone. The sincere vegetarian will appreciate your effort and who cares if others don't? Who cares if the whole word criticise the vegans or vegetarians?
We can make the world as we think would be better, we just have to tolerated life and try to get out of this prison by developing love for God... many animals are vegans and vegetarian, but humans are meant to be vegtarians, vegans and enquire about the Lord.

oh Jesus, not another Ashly in disguise...
well, now I know not to answer anymore of your questions, I know you just get enjoyment out of people hating you so I'm just wasting my time. You people make me sick, not all vegans, just your type, meat-eaters in disguise. I am a meat eater and I respect everyone's opinions, except those who don't respect mine. I'm twelve years old and I have more sense than you! Oh and what kind of sentence is this? "I want these so called "vegetarians" to know the truth about."
Yeah I can spot a grammatical error a mile away.

Also, you are full of crap. First of all, your writing makes no sense. You are criticizing your own people, saying that vegetarians are bad and vegans are superior. Ok, eggs are not meat. Chickens are not treated with cruelty if its an egg farm. Its not like they are killed. I have been to one of these farms. There is nothing cruel about it. The eggs are not fertilized. Please know what you are talking about before you call me an idiot.

I seriously think you need to mind your own business. Just because they want to be vegetarian doesn't mean they have to be vegan. No definition of vegetarianism has ever said you can't eat eggs, as eggs are not "meat". Go ahead and piss them off if you want, but you aren't really helping your cause by acting like that.

"...but they are in need of being educated...." and "... want these so called "vegetarians" to know the truth about. Vegetarians like these are giving us real vegetarians (the vegans) a bad name...".
Says who? You? Can you be more arrogant or naive? So you get to decide not only what other people eat, but also how they live ("....This is why I think we should become vegans...")? Wow, what's next, we get on our knees, offer some corn and sing praises in your name and feel enlightened?

Cruelty free eggs? Ashley, is that you?
Good Lord, grow up, get a job, pay taxes, then see if you still want to save the chickens of the world.

Hmmm...
Nazis "EDUCATED" people into following them
So didn't every other evil regime that wanted people to think like they did.
It's the militants like you that give vegetarians and vegans a bad name.
sorry but it's the truth
By the way when these infrared films were taken could it have been night time on the farm?

I'll be straight foward and honest with you. I don't mind vegetarians and such, EXCEPT when they try to push their beliefs on others. I hope a meat truck crashes in a organics food shop or something. As a few people have said, don't be a bully. Alright?

Your question is a poorly worded, ill thought out ramble.
Come back with a proper question, when you know what you want to ASK, Ashley.
