There are two main types of diabetes.

Type 1 - No cure yet, but one Dr. Faustman is achieving some success in rats with beta cell regeneration.

Type 2 - No cure here, either. However, prevention and reversal are viable options for those interested in investing a little work. I reversed my type two significantly to the point that I no longer take any medication. I manage it with simple diet and exercise. Here is a daily log of my numbers:

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

no cure yet,
but many promising breakthroughs..... fortunately diabetes is gaining much attention medically and politically worldwide...
unfortunately it took billions of people afflicted with the damaging disease to create the frenzy of concern...
following a well balanced nutrtional diet and moderate exercise will reduce the harmfull effects of the disease...sadly the majority of people that end up with diabetes would not have ever gotten diabetes if they could follow that advice prior to diagnosis.....
for anyone that has a family member with diabetes only know this, life with diabetes is a challenge that i would wish on nobody..... but that if proper steps are taken to keep diabetes in control life can still be fullfilling and enjoyable

merry christmas

just a note... scientists have already been able to cure diabetic mice permanently.. the most promising news so far.... with potential of using this research towards humans if possible in 5-10 years... and this news is about 1-2 years old...keep your fingers crossed and the hope alive

no cure, but I heard that some people change their eating habits and physical routine, they where able to get off all med, but still have to monitor blood sugar level.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diabeties
Cures for type 2 diabetes
Type 2 diabetes can be cured by one type of gastric bypass surgery in 80-100% of severely obese patients. The effect is not due to weight loss because it usually occurs within days of surgery, which is before significant weight loss occurs. The pattern of secretion of gastrointestinal hormones is changed by the bypass and removal of the duodenum and proximal jejunum, which together form the upper (proximal) part of the small intestine.[34] One hypothesis is that the proximal small intestine is dysfunctional in type 2 diabetes; its removal eliminates the source of an unknown hormone that contributes to insulin resistance.[35] This surgery has been widely performed on morbidly obese patients and has the benefit of reducing the death rate from all causes by up to 40%.[36] A small number of normal to moderately obese patients with type 2 diabetes have successfully undergone similar operations.[37][38]
