what if you make a shy guy cry?

Question

if you make a shy guy cry and he shows his true side, emotions and all what does this mean?
is it a good or bad thing?
i was just talking to him about things, getting all technical. really trying to get through to him.
i think he took it the wrong way.
he wouldnt talk to me after that and was just silent and on his bed, trying to hide away from me. did i say something to upset him?
i felt as though i was spilling my guts out and telling him everything that i hadnt been able to for a long time. i felt good and bad at the same time.

i dont think he likes me anymore. he liked me at the start i think and since then his whole personality has changed, because i mentioned that we should just b friends. he is kind of ignoring and avoiding me.
what do i do?
should i just leave him?
help!

Is always going to be a dagger to any guys ego especially if you are hot or he is goo goo gah gah for you.

Lets be honest, did you really expect him to stop liking you yet keep talking to you and act as though nothing happened.

My opinion, Cut it off completely, otherwise by you talking to him he may misconstrue any future conversations as lead on.

In my life ive only ever seen four guys cry.My brother, my dad, my best guy friend, and another guy friend, who is built like a brick privy....none of these are shy men.If a man cries at all its a good thing...it shows he is a person a woman can identifiy with and get closer to, rather than just something that wants to b**g girls all the time with no emotion afterward...an emotionless man is a scary man in my opinion..I like men to be people...and if they cry...so what..I can hug them and make them feel better...hes hurting about something, I don't think its you, something you said sparked off a lost emotion...let him alone and let him come to you when he has worked it through...he needs to work through how he feels himself...most men are like that...

By his reaction I would say that it was not a good thing.

You get into much detail on what you felt you needed to say to him, maybe you have already said too much.

You stated you told him you wanted to be just friends, so he is giving you what you asked for and what you wanted. So what is the problem, you upset that he is no longer hanging all over you? Maybe you have done enough for one day.

I think he likes you but he doesnt know how to tell you.
Try talking to him, and saying what you really feel, no lies, and if he doesnt reply, just let him be. At least you know that you've told him.

Don't tell people that you would rather be friends, don't mention anything at all. But if thats how you feel, instead of leading them on, hold yourself back.
