personally i think personality
the men with the best personality will win the woman
most women like the man to be
ROMANTIC and kind
respect her
give her all the love she needs
be always there when she needs him
make her feel how important she is to him
to care about his look and outfit trust me the ugliest guy in the world would look hot if he wore nice clothes and did a nice hairstyle but not over do it
there is so much to write but that was the main things in my opinion

Well as a girl maybe i can help.....
First of all be kind.It will make the girl happy.
Second be a GOOD listener.Girls fall for guys who listens to them.
Third do not be a slob.You might gross her out.
Fourth do not ask a girl if she has an ex or who are they. be yourself.Dont be fake..
Lastly dont be too nervous,it will make you mumble a lot. the girl wont understand a word.
Oh i alsmost forgot.....

Oh, you know all the cliches lol. I know it's bad but it's true - confidence, sense of humour, personality, ability to hold a conversation. Also, a dazzling smile and decent teeth help a lot.
