it is ideal to wait to have sex until you are married. But of course you can get married once you have sex. I have had friends that once they are engaged they do not have sex until there wedding night. The waiting makes it more exciting! :)

Yes, of course. But realize that it will have lasting effects into the marriage and one of those effects is that most who do that never fully trust the other one because they figure if you had sex outside of marriage what is there to stop you from doing it again.
