No, science is neutral on the matter of deities of any sort. That is, good science.
For bad science, we have The Discovery Institute, though they do no research.
More junk science comes via the non-scientific magazine Biblical Archeology Review, published by the fanatical Hershel Shanks. He, like any religionist, makes conclusions then twists science to make it fit. Shanks was badly embarrassed when he interviewed prominent Middle Eastern archaeologist Israel Finkelstein a few years ago. Most of the claims Christians make asstering science is proving the Bible come via such publications as B.A.R.
Increasingly popular among Islamic readers is the pseudo-science of Harun Yahya. He is in close contact with America's Discovery Institute.

No, science as we know it examines only the physical universe, not the spiritual. Both science and religion seek truth however from different approaches. Both trust that there is an underlying order in all existence that can be discovered, examined, and explained.
You might be interested to know that in the 10th century brilliant mathematician, physician, philosopher Avicenna, aka Ibn Sina, developed an elegant and empirical mathematical proof of something he called a unique uncaused uncomposed cause which jives very well with the big bang.

Personal opinion, I do not think it denies God.
Science can prove the existence of something through tests, we have yet to determine a test besides death that can get us to the same plain as God, so that is out.
or
Science can disprove something, again through testing. Again, we have to determine a valid test to prove something does not exist - and as the flat earth should have taught us, old tests can quickly become invalid.
I think science proves the existence of God (or a supreme being, named as you wish).
There is Premise 1. Whatever begins to exist must have a cause.
There is Premise 2. The Universe began to exist (big bang).
Conclusion: Therefore the Universe has a cause (which must be God).

Religion denies the existance of science. It is sometimes used in place of science. Science is a way of thinking, tries to explain things with experiment & replication.

I was an agnostic but became full atheist after I've read Richard Dawkins' "The God Delusion". There is indeed a scientific approach in proving the existence of god. So science is gaining grounds towards proving that there is no god but does not deny that they are not able to prove it fully yet.
A poster above stated:
"It is not up to science to deny God, it is the task of the believers to prove his existance."
What progress did religions have towards proving the existence of god in say - 30 centuries?

You should learn science to confirm the existence of G-d.
The bible says that every fish that has thins has scales. The bible was written three thousands years ago. If it was man-made, no man would have been able to make such a statement. And thousands of yrs later, we are still to find a fish that has scales but no thins.
The bible quotes the pig as the only animal with split feet and that doesn't chew. Again, no man could have made such a statement because someone going around Africa, or Asia could have found such an animal and discredit the bible. However, thousands of yrs later, after we've discovered new species again and agian, not one has these two characteristics.
These are only examples bt science only confirms what the Bible says. (By the bible, I only refer to the "Old testament" since I neevr studied the additions of the new one).

"Mans Science" Vs "Gods Science"!
"Mans Science" is still young and still developing. We not yet reach the level where we can explain god and his creation. but now we are getting answer to most of the Gods mystery by experimental research way. Certain phenomenon around us can be explained by scientific explanations. In Yoga practice, all the explanation can be agreed by science. BIG BANG theory itself represent Shiva who holds fire(explosion) and drum(sound) on his hand. Though we r confuse with many religions to choose, one day Science may show us way to God.

No. Science itself is neutral on the issue, dealing only in "scientific" fact and theory. But it is an individual thing with scientists personally. Many believe strongly in religion and opine that science and religion are not mutually exclusive; that a "creator" is behind it all and is the source of things we can never explain like, "spirit"and "soul".

Oh no, science doesn't know how far universe stretches, how could it deny existance of God. Our science one year tells you alcohol and wine is good for your heart, next year it says its bad. One year protein is placed in top of nutrition pyramid, next year in bottom. Science is always changing. THey thought human evolved 300 000 years ago, now it is a million. Which one you believe. One thing that not changing is that God always existed and always will. From infinit to infinit

No, science just shows a universe that works on natural processes, with no evidence of supernatural intervention.
You are free to conclude whatever you wish from this information.
But science has immeasurably helped the lives of most humans on this planet. Most of us would have been dead from childhood onward due to disease, malnutrition, or other ailments. Thank the people who use science to help humankind! There will be no more instances of black death or smallpox to eradicate entire communities.
