Is it compassionate to tell someone they are evil and going to Hell? Well, it depends on the circumstances and the individual. If that message were part of a greater message of salvation, such as told by Jesus to those who heard him, that would be compassionate. Or if you told the same message that Jesus told to, for example, a cannibal, that might be compassionate. The motivation is important: Are you trying to save a soul or vent hatred?

ONLY in Religion and Spirituality will you find such ugliness and fear and hate. Do you know the difference between the two? Religion is for people who are trying to keep from going to hell. Spirituality is for people who have already been there.

A very good point. The censors here are a bit arbitrary. I keep thinking that there should be a better title for this page, which might lead to a natural sorting.
