Or is it just a day for you to exchange presents?

I do think about the religious aspect, but only care in as much as I have to decide how to present (no pun intended) Christmas to my daughter. She's only 8 months old now, but next Christmas we'll have to put a bit more effort in. We're not Christian, but most of our relatives are. So, how to make what we do compatible with what everyone else is doing? Tricky. Glad I've got a while longer to think about it in.

Religious aspect? Christmas is a pagan festival. You mean the feast of Osis which the 25 December commemorates?

i do more now that I'm an adult. i reflect on it and share the story with my children. I also celebrate it in the commercial way. Christmas is a holiday for everyone to celebrate. Christians who celebrate their love for Christ should reflect on it in both ways.

The Saturnalia celebrates the rebirth of the Sun. I do not want to participate in that religious celebration. The Savior YAHOSHUA was born in the fall (probably during the feast of tabernacles) and did not tell us to celebrate that date at all.
