Wow, that's kind of neat. I guess you could see a doctor but why bother? I kind of like the idea of recording yourself to see what you say at night.
Once when I was a kid I heard my brother talking about me in his sleep. He was saying "Please, Tresa, don't hit me with the big stick. Don't hit me". I thought that was interesting since he's the one you likes to run around hitting people with stuff. Guilty conscience, maybe? (or maybe I hit people with sticks in my sleep and don't remember it when I wake up:)
My boyfriend sometimes talks in his sleep too. I nudge him just a bit (not enough to wake him up) and ask him what he said so I can figure out what he's dreaming about. He gets a kick out of hearing about it the next day because he can't remember a thing.

I dont think there's anything wrong with it, it actually sounds like you have a lot going on upstairs, which could be a good thing. If you think the quality of your sleep is suffering, though, get a reccommendation from a doctor to a sleep clinic, so they can check you out. Good sleep is sooooooooo important!

Yes. Lots of people, talk in their sleep without any ill effects.
It is also normal not to remember what you were talking about; and even not to know that you were talking at all.
You do not need to see a doctor because it is not an illness..

Hmm maybe you should place a recorder in your room and record while your sleeping. Then listen to what you say the next day. Try that first. You never know what you may find :)

It's quite common and I don't think you should worry about it.
