In Irish Gaelic: Tá mo chroí istigh ionat.
By the way, OMG's translation, i.e., "Tá mo chroí agat," is technically correct, but the version that I wrote is more poetic (and romantic, I think).

Well In spanish you say "tienes mi corazon" and Gaelic Im not sure, all I know is that "mo chroi" means "my heart"
