The truth is that you can only please yourself. Your parents will judge you either way, so you might as well get some pleasure from it. If you've done something the way you want to do it and they don't like it, say "I'm sorry you don't like it." and leave it at that. You don't have to explain yourself, but you can if you want. However, explaining yourself will be asking for further judgment.
I know this because my parents were and are the same way. The realization that I could never truly please them finally dawned on me when I was in my mid-20s. When I stopped seeking their approval they gradually stopped offering their opinions and advice. Now that I'm even older I'll ask them for advice from time to time just to make them feel good. I don't always take it, but sometimes it is right on the mark. They're actually pretty smart, but they're a bit old fashioned about things sometimes.
I suggest that if you're seeking adult approval, find another adult - a teacher, a mentor - someone with a more objective opinion who doesn't yell.
Good luck.

Maybe... you might ask them if they could take some time to listen to you... and let them know that after you have talked, you want them to take some time to think about what you're saying, before they respond.
Tell them how you feel "i feel like a screw up" "i feel i try very hard" "i want to do things right". if you are not sure of all the feelings you would like to convey, write a list... and take it when you talk... then you could ask them what they think you can do to help make things better? then get up and ask them to think about it and let you know later.
Hon, you may just be trying to hard, or need more encouragement. Maybe you are going through a bad time right now. We all have bad times.
I hope you will consider telling your parents how YOU FEEL. it's important to let those we care about inside once in a while. talking may give your parents a better idea and they will realize you are trying and want to be accepted, also.
sending hugs.. happy holidays

Does it feel good when your on top?? Thats the question here. I cant tell u why u cant feel anything on bottom but i will tell u that my wife has the same problem with being on top. All i can say is get over it, if ur married, its cause he loves u. If he is having sex with u, most likely he still finds u attractive otherwise he'd be out with someone else. When men are married usually as the marriage goes along both men and woman get a little extra baggage and the man is just as self concious as u we just dont show it. Get comfortable talk to him but basically GET OVER IT and start enjoying sex or before u know it u'll be 6ft under and missed out on what sex has to offer.

Talk to your parents.
Tell them how you feel.
It is their duty to care for you, nurture you, and support you.
Not put you down.
I don't think it is you. It is your parents.
Don't change yourself for them.
They need to change for you
After all, when you were born, you cried. You couldn't help it. They needed to adjust their life to tend to you, and you couldn't change that, it is not your fault you cried.. Why should now be any different? So you are older, but they aged too, and at the same rate.
Print this out even, give it to them.
I'm sorry they make you feel like a screw up, trust me when I say you are not.
Do they know that this is verbal abuse? Do they even realize that they make you feel like you need to completely reinvent a part of yourself?
I'll say it again, talk to them, tell them how you feel. If all else fails, then I'd get a counselor from school to come work with you and your family.

People make mistake and parents have to understand that. You mentioned you get yelled at? It's not responsible for a parents to yell at their children. Yelling at children greatly affects their self-esteem. Maybe, you feel like you're always screwing up is because your parents are always yelling at you that lowers your self-esteem.
Just tell your parents how you feel. Tell them how their yelling at you affects you. Do it when their eating something, or when they have food in the mouth, so they can't yell at you.

I think it's time you started living for yourself rather than doing things for everyone else's approval. Do what makes you happy. Everyone screws up sometime and if you know you did your best with something, that's what is important. Tell your parents to give you a bit of a break or to ease off a bit.

Ok this is what you do.
Get yourself a notebook and a pencil
Write down in DETAIL that is SPECIFICALLY that is DATES, PEOPLE INVOLVED, TIME etc.
Write down what they say SPECIFICALLY and how you feel.
Example:
December 24, 2007
Time 3:00 pm
My mother today told me I had to put the dishes in the dishwasher. I put the cups in the top rack on the left side. Mother came over and said, "You stupid idiot! God! You are suppose to put them on the left side upside down! Duh!" That made me feel angry, bitter, and very upset. I wish my stupid mother would shut the **** up!
Time 3:15
Ok I finally got the dishes in correctly. I went to sit down and watch my favorite TV show, but then my dad came along. He said, "Get off your ***! I want to watch sports! Go mop the bathroom floor!" I feel really hurt and bitter. He's such a jerk! What am I Cinderella?
Time 3:17 pm
I start to clean the floor. Mom shows up, "OMFG! You put too much soap in there! It will be too slippery! Give me that!" She then yanks the mop out of my hand and grabs the bucket. On the way she screams and grumbles.
Time 3:20 pm Mom comes back. She starts mopping the floor and growls, "I can't believe I have to even do this! Damn it all to Hell!"
Time 3:21
I feel scared because mom is freaking out and dad is swearing that it is all my fault his favorite team isn't winning. (Like I have to powers to make them win or lose?)
End of example.
Ok so basically like above but ONLY how it goes in your family.
Futher do google search on Emotional and Verbal abuse.

my parents treated me the same way when i was thirteen, i felt the same way, this too shall pass for you and remember they love you more than life. you are always gonna be their baby. don't be so down on yourself. look at the positive and the negative will fade away. Just let mom and dad know you love them and apologize for your mistakes.
