I had this dream a couple of weeks ago, and I just can't interpret it at all. I was walking past some sort of a bridge with a frozen lake/river under it. I went down there and I saw a man stuck in the ice, and it turned out he was a criminal. Police were surronding this criminal and there was a tic the size of my fist on his neck. The man seemed desperate to get the tic off his neck, but the police around him just stood there and watched. I'm very curious what this dream could mean, because it has left me clueless.

Bridge usually represents a support in life which helps one to cross over to another level or another appointment in life. There may be someone you who is under the bridge and stuck in a emotional rut in their life represented by being stuck in the ice. Being a criminal can represent that he is a person of immoral character, while police can represent authority figures who are watching him, but do not have his best interest at heart.. Tick on the man neck represent an issue which has latched on to his life and is sucking the life out of him. There is a lot of symbolic meaning in this dream. Overall, you dream may be telling you that while you may be in a good position or headed to something better in life, don't look down on someone who is struggling or falling by the way in life.

I would interpret it in the way that you feel trapped by something or someone in your life and you are looking to other people or to outside forces to fix this when you are the only one that can. Maybe also you feel guilt for something you did and deep down feel like you are a bad person and deserve whats happening to you.

It's just a dream, so it leaving you clueless is what you would expect.
