The only amalgamating going on would be if a member of one or the other converts to the other's belief.
As you may know, The Mormons and jehova's Witnesses differ quite a bit.
So, unless the Jehova's Witnesses are throwing in the towel and telling all its members to join the Mormon church, the question is ridiculous and the answer is no.
also - just a note. More catholics, baptists, lutherans, Methodists and JW's are converting to Mormonism than to any other faith. The only other religion still winning is the lack of religion or becoming agnostic - - that ones becoming quite popular.

The Mormons don't believe in the same things as the Jehovah's Witnesses or the Catholics so I somehow doubt it.
