It's not written by a French-speaking person, because in the same sentence you find the two forms of 'you' - tu and vous. Also, you'd normally use the future tense after esperer. It whould be either:
Je t'aime et j'espere que tu auras . . ., or
Je vous aime er j'espere que vous aurez . . .
The former is more likely as it's the familiar form of 'you'.

The way this is written, it's unclear how many people are involved.
Remember, French uses two "you" pronouns- familiar/singular (tu) and polite/plural (vous).
My inclination is to translate what you provided as " I love you (familiar/singular) and I hope (the two of) you have a good weekend."
This would be right if I were talking to my girlfriend who is leaving for the weekend with someone else. I'd say that I love her and I hope she and the other person have a good weekend.
If you use both "tu" and "vous" in the same sentence, this sorta has to be the meaning.
Telling someone you love them tends to put them in the "tu" category. This is the romantic sort of love. Thus I wouldn't use "tu" in one clause and "vous" in speaking to the same person.
Note that "avez" is the present tense of "to have." In French, it sounds better to use the future tense(aurez") for a future event- the weekend that you're hoping someone will have a good one. Further, if you're hoping for something, that generally requires the conditional tense, "auriez."
This isn't enough, but I hope it helps. Have a great and Joyeux Noel!
