I mean if a guy in a suit and tie was talking too you, would pay more attention, than someone dude in a t-shirt and jeans. Please, I want too make a good impression before I even say a word.

It depends on where you are. If you are walking through a mall, then no. BUT if you are at a wedding, then yes, a suit would be better...if you are walking around school and it's a girl there, then wear what you usually do, or she'll wonder why you are all dressed up.

It's not about what a guy is wearing (of course if you're in dirty jeans and a t-shirt with lots of holes and smell really bad, that's another story...) :)

if you are on a date with this girl then its not neccesary to have a suit and a tie.a causal tee and good denim is fine.
and many a times there are people who look good and dress well but when they open their mouth, people run away from them because of the way they talk.
a guy who has dressed decently and talks in a good way will surely have an impression on the girls.

A suit and tie is not necessary. Just dress stylishly. When you do speak, speak appropriately without using trash words. Treat the lady with dignity, and she will respect you also.

It totally depends on attitude and what kind of girl you're trying to attract. I've been attracted to confident, sassy men who wear suits and I've completely melted at the sight of a tussle haired Kurt Cobain look alike. Your attitude and degree of class and cool is going to be what turns her on; not your clothes. BUT.. be sure to smell good. Hahahahaha! Now that's important. Especially if you go for the grunge.
