Do you think He went through His terrible two's?
How about a rebellious teenage years?
If so did He rebel against His biological father or stepfather?
Did He listen to loud music and get an earing?

I bet one day Him and Joseph got into a big argument over His curfew.
Then Jesus was like " Screw you Joe, your not my real dad."
And Joseph was like " How many times have I told you not to call me Joe. I am your father and you will treat me with respect."
And Jesus was like " Your not my dad. God is my dad."
And Joseph was like " I don't see your real dad coming around that often. Whens the last time He got you a Christmas present?"
And Jesus was like " He is around. He is always around. He is everywhere and everything. He is God."
And Joseph was like " Yeah but who pays the bills? Who gets you the new sandals you want? Who takes you to school? Treat me with respect."
And Jesus was like "I hate being 14. I have no freedoms. Gosh."

A common theme of the medieval stories attribute Jesus as a fearless and carefree child who innocently gets into mischief that inexorably led to his playmates' demise. The most common story is the cloud story. The child Jesus, wanting to play in the clouds, crawled into the sky on a sunbeam, but all of the playmates who followed him soon lost their faith and fell to their deaths.

Another story reveals the tale of a child (sometimes referred to as the "Judas Child" - as though Jesus and the disciples had run-ins with each other throughout their lives), dammed the channel that supplied water to pools which the Child Jesus bathed in until a tidal wave swept the boy away and cleared the channel in one pass.

These events naturally made other parents panic and forbid their children to play with him, so when the child Jesus arrived in the town plaza to play the parents quickly hid their children in a large kiln-oven for shelter.

The child Jesus, naturally well aware of this, inquired about his playmates' whereabouts and was told all the children had left. When he asked what the noise coming from the large oven was he was told that pigs were being cooked.

Jesus left and when the parents opened the oven doors, they found (according to which version of the story one heard) either uncooked squealing piglets or roasted chops. .

"The Infancy Gospel of Thomas,' possibly written as early as the the early second centruy A.D., tells of quite a few incidents that show the child Jesus using his divine powers, sometimes for serious mischief and sometimes for healing. It ends with a variation of the only canonical story from Jesus' childhood, the incident in which he got absorbed in discussing theology with the elders in the Temple and gave Mary and Jsoeph some bad moments before they found him (Luke 2:41-52). You'll notice that the canonical account ends by saying that he "went back with them tro Nazareth, where he was obedient to them." It's not hard to see why this other gospel didn't get included in the canon!

Maybe I haven't exactly answered your question, but I've probably made it fairly clear that I think he was a good kid! Earring? Maybe. Loud music? How? Angel choirs, perhaps?

Here are some Scriptures describing Jesus' childhood which are self-explanatary:

Luke 2:40 And the child grew and became strong in spirit, filled with wisdom; and the grace of God was upon Him.

Luke 2:42 And when He was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem.

Luke 2:46,47 Now so it was that after three days they found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of teachers, both listening to them and asking them questions. And all who heard were astonished at His understanding and answers.

Luke 2:52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.

Well He did nick off to spend time chatting with the old cogers (oops learned men) in the temple. Indeed many trully gifted children are a real handfull for their earth parents so probably they had their times when Mary and Joe just had to take a deep breath and count to ten. I bet the neighbours weren't all that impressed when He cast devils from the ill into their swine!

Poor Joesph, I bet he got, "I don't have to listen to you, you're not my real father."

Seriously though, he was a human being and having a kid that could turn rocks into candy must have been a pain when he was grounded.
