Another question that displays simple ignorance of a definition and intolerance of anyone who does not believe as they do.

Atheist - a person who does not believe in a god - any god - not just yours. They can therefore believe in any religion, spiritual or belief system that does not have a God.

If non believers of your faith are wrong then as long as they repent and ask forgiveness Jesus said he prefer ed sinners to come to him. So they have a chance. If you are wrong - you will have wasted your life preparing for a dream second life that wont come!!!

actually you are wrong, seeing that if you are wrong and there is no god then you just wasted your life following lies. The beauty of being atheist is that you are not bound by commandments or what the church says for you to do. you simply live for you. plus if you arent atheist that still doesnt mean you are going to heaven. but hey whatever helps you sleep at night.

p.s. i am not atheist

Then I'll go to hell... Somehow that still seems like a better option than 'singing God's praise' for an eternity.
If I'm wrong, I lose nothing.

I might be wrong in some things but at least I have had an education good enough to know that the elision of "you are" is written "you're". "Your" is a possessive adjective.

Perhaps if you had had an education you might have read a book or two and begun to question your faith (note correct use of "your") in gods. It is never too late to start.

And if we are wrong you'll let us (and millions and millions more) burn eternally in hell while you're up there traipsing around in heaven playing harps and apparently not in the least concerned about all your fellow damned and doomed humans down there as long as you're able to save your own hash. Nice religion, I'd say...

Religion is too silly and contradictory to be real.

I'm 100% sure they are human inventions.

This statement will be proven in the next 5 billion years without signs of your God or Gods.

If were just wrong, then fine, we'll come back as grasshoppers. oh wait, it goes by your actions not your beliefs.

hmm, guess a lot of us will have great next lives.

yay!

now, what if your wrong? You just wasted your whole life believing in fairy tales.

But what if you're wrong? You've wasted your life following stupid rules for nothing. besides, if your god is the guy you all say he is, as long as we don't commit crimes, we should be just fine.

You're the first person in human history to think of this brilliant question.

Oh wait...!

Wiki "Pascal's Wager". Now go ALL the way down where it is refuted in 5 points. Here's the link, Sparky http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pascals_wager

Or just check to see if this question isn't asked 5 billion times a day on here! That would work!

And, for the record, it's what if "you're" wrong. "YOUR" isn't possessive in this case dear-heart.
