indeed real. If you check some of the more surprising statistics known about the man you'll find that once while sparring with chuck norris he broke a 150 lb punching bag with a one inch punch

Yeah you can generate power with a 1 inch punch. You could never generate as much as if you had a full range of motion to achieve maximum speed but a 1 inch punch can be effective.

Watch old footage of Rocky Marciano and you will see at times he threw devastating extremely short punches.

He also said it wasn't a very good fighting technique as no one is going to let you set it up.He explained it was a demonstration of how much power/speed one could attain over a short distance with proper body mechanics. Now apply those mechanics to a 2 or 3 or 4 foot punch see what you get.
He never said anything about any of that from the mind hocus pocus chi or ki stuff.

And he was definitely into proper body mechanics.

hey. its real. i have seen it done by many people and i can do it myself. its all about the minds transfer of energy into a physical movement. so far the best i have done is 4 foot but i have seen it done with enough power to move a 200lb man 6 foot into a group of 5 men and no one was left standing.

It was real.

But it is something anyone can do.

It is a matter of proper mechanics.

That's it!
