Broke up with my ex of 13 years, 2 sons. Been fighting in court for 3 years for unsupervised visits. in that time i've seen my sons 1.5 hours per week for the last 8 months. She was upset the relationship ended & told C.A.S. i was abusive...NOT TRUE! they didn't check into my history i was guilty just because she said so...i have no criminal record. this is the third Christmas without my boys!

Christmas is just a day on the calendar. i celebrated it last week with my daughter. get some counseling and start letting go of your anger -it's only going to hurt your relationship with the children.

try another lawyer or wait till your ex will be reaonable again, sooner or later she must realize the boys need their dad too.....Meanwhile try to stay calm , respectful and patient and with this manner you will make a good impression back in court. Its ridiculous you have been found guilty of abuse without ANY HARD evidence besides hearsay from a vendictive woman, your ex.I quess a female lawyer will find some way better in family-court, goodluck

You will probably have to get a good family law attorney, volunteer for a psychological evaluation and get some witnesses to your character.

Whereever you live the courts must be awfully busy... i can't imagine they took your ex's word and gave you supervised visitation.

Maybe you forgot some of the details?

I just hope it works out... maybe you could ask her if you might see the kids for part of christmas? that would be the adult thing to do?
