Is it bad luck with my relationship?

Okay, so me and my boyfriend have been dating for 1 year and we are like 2 peas in a pod, but now he just dosent spend time with me or answer my calls, he has no family problem or anything but he says he is sorry so many times, I'm not sure anymore if he is telling the truth.

Not sure, you say your two peas in a pod, but this doesn't happen when the relationships that close. So ether your leting him drift apart from you, or he is running. Its on you, confront him about it, you really don't have any other choice. If you don't the relationships over by neglect and apathy alone......
