Every since I had my truck lifted and 33 in tires put on it I have had problems with the brakes. It will not stop good. Do I need some type of aftermarket booster? It has had brakes front and back. Drums and Rotors have been surfaced and turned.

it is much harder on the brakes to stop the bigger tires from spinning so you might need to get performance brake parts like calipers and bigger rotors as the stock style arent enough

There is a brake load valve in the rear that needs it's spring and bracket raised up just as much as the lift. That valve is needed to compensate for heavy loads. See if it is the rear brakes not working that is causing the stopping problem.
