actually, yes, nicotine is excreted in sweat, and if you have quit smoking, it will become apparent to you, and anyone around you, that it is doing that, in other words, for three or four days you will have an odor. This usually occurs about two weeks after you have quit smoking. A sauna may speed up the process a little, but not by much. And how long the odor lasts, depends on how long you smoked. Sadly, if you continue to smoke, the body holds on to the nicotine because it is addicted.
