No, and here's why:
- The flesh colored ink would be too light to cover the black ink.
- Even if you were to go back to the studio many times, and have the light ink layered on top of the dark ink over, and over, and over it would never match your skintone.
Still don't believe me?

no you can not.
lighter ink tones will not cover darker colors or vice versa. you are just adding pigment and pigment, and turning the tissue into scar tissue, so the tattoo will end up being even more raised and further on, harder to remove.
lotions on the web DO NOT WORK, and are skin lighteners, so all they do is bleach the skin.
from experience, the best bet is laser tattoo removal. its pricey and painful. it can cost anywhere around $50 per square inch. clinics do offer forms of making the procedure more comfortable, but at an added cost, and might not be worth it.
i had two tattoos removed that i did not use any form of pain relieve on, and yes it hurt, but the ice prior was fine. the tattoos were small in size, so the pain was very short in time.
it kind of feels like a hot rubber band snapping on your skin over and over.
the easiest colors to remove are black and red. any other type of colors are harder and might take more treatments.
i underwent 14 treatments and finally i am at a point i am happy with the results enough not to continue.

Tatto ink is opaque, meaning that you can see thru it to some degree. Lighter ink will not cover darker colors, it may change them to some degree but it usually results in making the overall result darker instead of lighter.
Example -
If two people had an identical tattoo, but one person is pale while the other has dark skin, the tattoo on the pale person is going to show up better. It's the same idea as using watercolors on a white canvas vs. a darker canvas, the watercolor is going to show up better on the light canvas.

The best way to remove a tattoo is to never get one to begin with, However if its to late for that , skin removal and grafts are the most effective method

i don't think so
because my sister got a tattoo and she got another one over it
i mean it completely covers the old one but u can still see the old one if u look at it close enough
so it will probably look like the tattoo that was originally there just skin colored
but i am not sure sorry

i for sure know that it is absolutely not possible. it's just like if you colored a piece of white paper with colored crayons and then tried to color over it all with a white color, it won't work.

there is not actually a flesh colored ink out yet. some shops talk about it, but it is not real. The best ways are cover up or removal.
