It depend on if you want to seek the truth????
Or do you want to believe what others have told you that a God exists because of reading some religious books?
Think about this - Religion or your bible say you will enter heaven and this place is a sinless perfect place where you will live with your God for eternity. They told you this place called heaven is a perfect and no sin can exists or occur.
But then when you read your religious books, it tells you angels rebel against God in heaven. Now, what does this mean? That means an evil act took place in heaven. Also, do you not think it took many hours of talking and planning before they rebel in heaven since we are talking about 2/3 of all angels rebel against this 3 part God.
If you are open minded and not brainwashed to believe in these silly men made up religions then you will be able to see many more such silly and contradictory stories or ideas in your religion. Not only Christainity but all religions of the world have the same flaws.
Chinese Gods copy earthly emperors is a good example. Another example is God instructing dark angels to look at doors with blood so that those inside are Jewish slaves and their first born should not be killed as if angels do not have supernatural powers to know who is inside those homes during Moses time. Another example of silly religious writings.
Can you not see reading your bible or any religious books how men made up inventions they really are? We are modern day humans not cavemen anymore. Wake up people!!!! It is about time to change for the future. Stop believing in supersitions. Chinese people even made Kwan Yu a God called Kwan Kung.

The earth was NOT around for millions of years. There is NO proof of that; just merely scientists assuming it was by their 'carbon dating' method, which is not at all accurate and is NO proof that the earth was here that long. God created the dinosaurs and they were destroyed by the flood - simple explanation there! Where in the bible does it say that the earth was around for millions of years? In all reality, the earth was only around for a few thousand years - NOT millions! Furthermore, NOTHING existed before God - not even the dinosaurs! They certainly didn't create themselves. God created them! God existed BEFORE the dinosaurs as well as humans and everything else He created.

Very complex question. People write whole books about this subject. One theory is that in the beginning, before God created the earth, there was a mass of chaos. (The Hebrew word in Genesis indicates that in the beginning there was blech) (A word to describe a chaotic mess. In creating the world we know now, God made order out of that chaos, and left in us a duty to do the same in our lives. Dinosaurs were not before God. Evolution is God's plan. I'm sure youre wondering, where did the chaos come from that God made earth out of, did it exist before God? Some say yes, even God had to deal with it, as we do. I'm sure you'll get a million answers but this is one theory.

i believe that you are getting god and Jesus mixed up
God is the alpha and the omega
the beginning and the end
there was nothing before and there will be nothing after
Jesus on the other hand is the son of god
they are not one in the same they are two different beings
so it is impossible for the dinos to have come before god because god has always been and always will be
they did come before Jesus but Jesus didn't create the world.

God, in the sense that you're wondering about, was the explanation for why we're here. Aristotle called him the Prime Mover in this regard. How this idea came about is the question: how did we, and everything else, get here?
Aristotle saw motion as life. Anything that moves has life, according to him, so something must have moved first to move everything else that could move on its own. This would be best described as God in this sense. This force, or God, would have been the one who could move without being moved and create the universe and set it in motion. Others attribute this to consciousness.
My question, as well as a lot of other people, is: that explains the world, but where did this Prime Mover/force/God/consciousness come from? I assume you're having the same thoughts. Many religions have tried to explain this through symbolic allegories and assumptions. In the 1700's Deism became popular; the idea that believing God started the world was enough without attaching other religious dogma.
No one can truly answer your question. Yes, many can point to their religious texts and show you the answer according to their scriptures, but their explanation is only true in the context of their religion.
EDIT: ah, you are argueing that the cocept this creating-God doesen't pop up until quite some time after the world was formed. The lovely theory that requires for someting to be true it must first be thought or ortherwise broght into existance... Unless this thought could change the past, or our concept of time modified, then the thought would have no relevance to the making of earth in actuly creating it so. All is theory here, though quantom physics does prove for some interesting ideas and experionments on this.

God created the Earth. Nobody knows how. Also, science doesn't know anything about WHEN dinos/etc. existed. They just know they did. So, as long as you believe God CREATED THIS EARTH, and that we messed it up with sin, then you are totally fine. God bless. By the way, God had to exist. Otherwise, how did ANYTHING GET HERE?!?! I mean, even if it was all just a "big bang", who made it happen? Why did it happen? The only possible explaination: God.

God, the Father, always was, and always will be.
He created the heavens, the earth, and all the stars and planets. He created all the plants, trees, and all the animals.
He then created man. (humans)
IN THAT ORDER.
Jesus Christ, is not GOD. He is the son of GOD.
Second in command.
God, the Father, sent Jesus here to save our souls from sin.
That is why Jesus is the "Prince" of Peace.
GOD is the king.
Jesus is the prince.
At the end of this world, Jesus will become King of our world. (earth) and God the Father will remain King of the universe.
It's coming faster than you know.

God has existed forever.
The clash between Biblical and Scientific timelines comesf rom the book of Gensis where it talks about the creation of Earth.
We as humans have created out own time system (24/day, 12months/year, etc.) In the Bible it says "the first day" yet we are not told how long this "first day" is. Therefore, for all we know it could have been years when thinking in our time.

You were also a spirit long before the earth was created, when you were born to this earth you were born with the loss of your memory of your past. In fact most if not all people cannot even remember their first few years after they were born. We were spirits before we were born, we came to this earth on a trial basis to learn and grow we will die and return to the spirit world, we will then have a literal resurrection of our body's then be judged. Or judged then resurrected I no not which.

Did you ever think that when God made earth, he decided to make a change and the dinosaurs were deleted. Then man followed and replaced them. The only purpose man was put on this earth was to take care of his creation after he was finished. We were suppose to hand down to our generations on how to do so. Some where we really screwed up.
