Masturbation is awesome.
It feels good
It's healthy
It increases fertility
If you want to do it, do it! Don't let religious guilt control your natural human instincts.

Reaching climax when you're sleeping is a way to vent our sexual needs nothing wrong with that at all.. masturbation is a sin if you can control your sexual desire by avoiding sexual excitation as possibly as you can if the urge is so intense you couldn't control it then in this case masturbation is much far better solution than committing an adultery .. masturbation is just a sin nothing to do with your believe in God .. even if one is married and think only on his/her spouse still it is a sinful act .. actually it is more sinful for a married person because he/she has the ability to fulfill their sexual desires lawfully through their spouses.

Sin falls into a lot of gray areas. For a thin person, overeating may not be a sin. But for a fat person, overeating is bad. So, you have to just let your own conscience dictate your values and be happy with who you are as a person no matter what you do. If you feel guilty about something, then it probably is a sin to you. You can always ask forgiveness and choose another alternative that works to replace the sin such as a relationship with a husband who takes care of your desires.

Just because you masturbate does not mean it's taking place over God.
Life doesn't work as
God or This.
God or That.
You could have God, and live your life as a good person.
We all have impure thoughts.
We cannot avoid that.
So we have to stop acting like we are some pure, virtuous christians.
and God never mentions women in the Bible.
so those verses wouldn't even apply to you.

I read this article about it that a pastor did not to long ago, and it said that it's not addressed alot, so he didn't think it was a huge concern of God's. It also said that masturbation relieves sexual tension making it less likely to act out on sinful sexual acts, so it's actually better. You can satisfy, and stimulate yourself, without actually thinking of anyone in paticular, so the pastor said that he didnt think it was a big deal, as long as it doesn't become a sexual fettish.

The story of Onan has nothing to do with masturbation, or even spilling of seed. The reason god got mad at Onan, was because he failed to live up to his obligation to impregnate his dead brother's wife. It's a bizarre ethic we can't appreciate, but that's what it was all about.

Technically the Old Testament does not forbid masturbation, though the Gemara(Commentary portion of the Talmud) forbids male masturbation, but not female masturbation. So no it isnt a sin.

i don't feel comfortable saying this because if what you say its true then i would be damned to hell.
its a natural thing, unless you are a religious freak then you would really feel that you are sinning, but i don't think it is, else god wouldn't have given us hands lol
