Fides atqui Fortitudo
I'm trying to say Faith and Strength, is this correct?

You could also say "Fidesque Vis"
the "que" added on to the end of the word means "and"
Another word for "faith" is pietas, so you could say:
"Pietas et Vis" or
"Pietasque Vis"

If you want use fortitudo instead of vis this is also correct but "and" translates either "et" or "atque" (but not atqui).

Fortitudo is good, but I think VIS would be better... I think it covers the spiritual meaning you're trying to show...
And pay attention to that "and", it's ATQUE, not atqui...
