There are excercises you can do to relieve cramps or spasms. Plus you can increase potassium intake (bananas are a good source)

a bubble bath will take almost anything away...I would suggest either some tylenol with codine(or another pain pill), or a muscle relaxer, or just ibuproffen and acetominophen....
