I re-enlisted for four more years june 07 to go to another duty station, my orders were cancelled and I was med boarded but found fit for duty. My re-enlistment guy said I had to sign a waiver to go needs of the army if I was to get new orders (WTF!) but then I go no where I am stuck here no orders just four more years is this an unfulfilled contract? I would at least like the option of going to school or something, someone please help!!

Like an idiot I signed he said that I had to but now I know it was crap!! Am I still stuck? Is there a way around it?

He said "all of my options are off of the table." I have been dealing with this dude every day since I was found fit for duty 11/26/2007

No, unless you have a specific promise on page 1 of the DD Form 1. You should have a copy. If you have a specific promise, then yes you do have an unfulfilled contract.

Who says you can't go to school?

Did you sign a waiver? The waiver means that you waive the contract, and makes it a fulfilled contract.
