I worked in a call center for MCI trying to sell their long distance service to users of other companies and I hated it, so stressfull. Is real estate similiar to that or is it easier becuase you just put for sale signs out there and have people call you?

Here is one very important question to ask; why on earth would you want to be in real estate right now considering it is one of the worst slumps in history?

A professional agent must be greater at negotiating in your behalf however finally, the fee you pay for a brand new apartment is as much as the folks promoting it, now not someone's connections. My final agent had handiest been within the industry for a little while however I particularly felt she did a well task. Remember you'll be able to constantly spend a couple of "browsing" journeys with this agent and get anybody else if you happen to don't seem to be comfortable. I do not feel you must signal any agreement which will bind you to that individual. A well agent goes to provide you plenty of choices to opt for from and now not push you into creating a choice, chiefly one you cannot manage to pay for. Just take a step again and examine this agent's habits every now and then and you can be first-rate. I additionally endorse studying "Home Buying for Dummies." I concept that was once very handy. Good success.
