There is this girl that i like in high school, but im not really sure if she likes me back. We sometimes hang out together and we seem to always have a blast when we do. I asked her out on a date not to long ago, but she said that she couldn't because she had her friends birthday. Now I dont know what to do.

A girl's opinion:

Ask her out again. If she again says that she has something going on, then ask her what day is good for HER. If she dodges the question and tries to come up with some excuse without telling you any specific day/week to go on a date, then she is not interested in being more than just friends.

Good luck! :) Just remember that there are lots of fish in the sea...

do something sweet for her.
since you can't always be sure about allergies (to flowers), or if she can't eat (or won't eat) chocolate or not, and you probably don't want to buy her something,
leave her an anonymous not, praising her on her beauty, personality, etc.
it doesnt have to be a poem or anything.
just something like, "you're so pretty and i feel so great when i'm around you."
then stick it in her locker.
she'll feel happy, praised, etc.
then, maybe a week later, get her something.
a flower or something.
tape it to her locker.
then, when she's all giggly and stuff, give her another note asking her out.
use your same handwriting/font (on the computer)
and sign it with your name.
not only will she be impressed, you'll win her friends over, too.
someone did this at my school, and now all the girls want to go out with him.
trust me...as cheesy as it sounds, it'll work!

well just be cool about it! if she cant do it that day then ask her if u guys could do it some other day! and just try to get to know her better... and when u are in a date bring up something that she told u a long time ago. this will show her that u are a good listener and that u pay attention to her! and u cant get a girl to like u you just gotta show her that u would make a really good boyfriend! when she gets hurt bring up conversations like "i would never do that to my girlfriend".i know high school can be hard wit the ladies but just act cool and get to kno them!
GOOD LUCK!

sometimes people really DO have to go to birthday parties and its not an excuse, ask her again, if you guys hang out and its a blast then she probably likes you too but is too shy to admit it, or be the first one to say anything.
atleast thats how i used to be.

ask again and if she says she has something else to do i say just stop trying just because she is just turning you down and you don't want that more than twice but if she says her parents said no than thats and excuse. But in other words ask her out again and don't beat around the bush with it don't be shy just get to the piont and she will understand. hope i helped

ok keep hanging around with her..always make her laugh, be sweet wit her and nice also..and just ask her again if she really doesn't like u then shes going to find another excuse not to go out with u...so if she makes another excuse u will know that shes not interested in you...

hope it helps...=)

Find the right time to ask her again, if she declines without a reasonable excuse then just let it go. You definitely dont want to be creepy.

Ask her again and if she says no it;s her loss. Just be yourself and everyhting will fall into place. But don't try and imprees her with an embarrising dance or move.

Ask her straight up, your option to find out the truth and not waste more time.
