Is there any way i can permanently set the margins on OpenOffice.org Writer to 1 inch(2.54cm)?

I know how to set them, but every time i type up something i have to make the margins an inch, and sometimes i forget. Is there any way i can make it so its always an inch?

Open the default Template file and customize it to suit your needs and re-save it. In ooWriter, click on Help and read all about Templates.

Then, whenever you open any new document, all your preferred settings will be in place.
