IRONIC (or CRUEL even), isn't it? you didn't ask to be born and now you have to be burdened searching for what your purpose in life is.
LOL
anyway, thanks for your interesting question. Here's another interesting one:

Everyone here has a purpose. For some the purpose is to ridicule one group or another. For some the purpose is to show their religion better than any other. For some the purpose is to insult people that do not believe the same way they do.
There is too animosity held by some against others. Until we can come together peacefully this discussion is useless. I like to learn new things about some of the religions about which I know nothing.
We are not created to go to hell. That is the choice we make.

Ones purpose is not preordained if you ask me . so it's only as well done as the person who applies their talents to it .
Some of us are more well studied and aware while others have a good heart but we all require work and development along these lines .None of us are born with insight and ability.
when the misguided desire to preach for a purpose misleading information becomes much to ones unawares an obstacle to worthy purpose and tends to serve the purpose of our depredations rather than lifting us up to a better life.Purpose is only as good as the understanding with which ones can apply it. Personally I don't even think much of a hell after death; we already know we do have a hell on earth sometimes .

I do believe everyone has a purpose. However, just because a person accomplishes something does not mean that is their true purpose. Having a purpose does not negate free will.
I also do not see it as a necessary flaw in someone who pulls others away from religion. Such people can open others up to others viewpoints or challenge them to be more critical of their own personal faith. Even in Judaism satan is a servant of God testing people's faith through temptation.

No, no one has really a purpose on this earth. Only choices. That's not a very popular idea as it greatly comforts people to know that there is a greater being out there controlling our lives to a certain extent. It scares them $%itless to think that maybe life is determined by our choices and by the choices of others (choosing to drink and drive for ex.). And even having it effected by chance. They must have a controlling God in their lives or else they don't feel secure. Even if it means they're just fooling themselves into this sense of security.

The truth is humans are very naive and many believe everythin and action and reaction have some purpose. Like the lady didn't die from an accident or major storm or tornado. They survived for a purpose. How silly? But they don't see it as silly because they think God want then to survive and not the others.
That's humanity. Very sad indeed.

Everyone might have a purpose, and everyone's purpose might be different. Sometimes we get confused and think what we are doing in life is right.
Most likely we end of up hurting people instead of helping them.
We really shouldn't be telling others what to beleive.

At present I believe that I have no purpose. At present I am living selfishly. I work, I eat and sleep , do everything for myself. What purpose god has sent me? I am an Ignorant person to do any work of the god. But I am strong, and believe that I can perfect myself.

My purpose is answering questions that are asked. If the question is asked by a bigot, I feel free to let them know I think they are wrong.
Bigotry comes in many forms.

Yes, I do.
The scenario you describe is the true epitome of God's nature; chaos.
Either way, it should not matter to an omnipotent being. Our belief or disbelief is of no consequence. Omnipotence means one wants nothing.
