There is a cemetery down by Naha for the Foreign Soldiers, Sailors, Marines. I'm not sure exactly where but I know there is one.

There is none. There is a small foreigners' cemetery adjacent to the port of Naha. The only mortal remains of military members buried there were crew members of Commodore Perry's Squadron in the 1850s. Those Marines who perished in the Battle of Okinawa had their mortal remains eventually consigned to burial in the U.S.
The only memorial connected to the Marines is on the island of Ie Shima off the northwest coast of the island of Okinawa. It is the place where Ernie Pyle, a war correspondent, died while accompanying the Marines.
The other military memorial is for General Simon Bolivar
Buckner of the Army who was the highest-ranking member of the armed forces killed in the Battle of Okinawa. That memorial is on the grounds of Camp Foster, the former site of the Army of the Ryukyu's Fort Buckner named in his honor.

I was stationed on Okinawa in the 50's, but do not recall anyone ever mentioning a Marine Corps cemetary being there.
