Yep. Alot of times, attractiveness is affected by the personality. So someone who isn't conventionally beautiful could be the most attractive person to me because of his personality.

No. If I do not find the person attractive, I don't see how I could have a successful relationship with them. However, if the person is only unattractive by conventional standards, then sure I would date them. Not every guy looks like Brad Pitt or George Clooney (and hey, not everyone even thinks these guys are attractive!).

i've dated a couple unattractive men, i used to be pretty shallow in my day, thinking "only hotties" well didnt go over so well they were indeed hot and everyone else knew that (including the guys) so of course they ventured off from me so i have had enough with hot guys i wanted to date a ugly guy just to see if it would be a better relationship!! well let me tell you it was crazy!! one guy turned out to have me as more of a trophey than a gf and the other didnt let me go to the gym, wear cute clothes, and on and on... yeah it was bad and just think you get treated like that and you still gotta sleep with a non so attractive man!! but there are nice guys out there for everyone ugly, nice, you just have to really make sure you know the person, i have had ugly guys end up being really cute, just cause i got to know them and their personality!! you never can be sure!

Yes! I've found that, even if at first I find the person unattractive, as I get to know them, if they have a good personality they look more and more attractive. Not to mention they still have that great personality.

There are some really great looking horribly ugly people. The way they are is much more important than the way they look.
So, if I were single, yes, I would date an unattractive guy if he is a nice person.

Yes, I would..I met to many jerks in my life. All I really want is a nice person, someone who will treat me the way I should be treated. But not toooooooo unattractive though..someone who looks nice fixed up will do.

Looks arn't everything and some guys think they arn't attractive but they are to some of us. I have dated and been married to men i wouldnt consider the most handsom of men but they were the sweetest and nicest.Most ladies i know care more for how good a man treats us then how they look .And like i said usually they are better looking then they think.Loveing someone makes you gorgeous to them!

So I was sitting at the mall the other day and my eyes came across this pretty girl and she was looking at me too. But then this big guy came over to her and she clinged to his arm all happy and such as they walked off. When I say big, I mean obese, not muscle.
I always thought girls like that only existed in movies but I guess I was wrong.

it depends how unattractive they were.
they'd have to get me to notice them first, then keep my attention for a while.
the entire time i'd be thinking, "should i go out with this guy or not?" but i will if they're funny.
if deeply boring AND butt ugly, no way.
(sorry, but i'm being honest here.)
plus, i'm a deep believer that anyone can be pretty/good looking if they try hard enough.
fix your hair, eyebrows, weight (if you have that issue), and you COULD be a very good looking man.
