She did the porn, and now he's avoiding her calls, won't make any contact with her after saying the stuff is up on the site and the money should be transferred to her account.

Is there any legal recourse to get this guy?

There is a chance he could have taken the money owed to her from the company that bought the tape. Does this add anything?

Possibly breach of contract if he/she can prove to the judge that has happened.

A CONTRACT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SIGNED?
IF NO CONTRACT, THEN A VERBAL AGREEMENT IS BINDING, BUT WHO IS THE WITNESS IF ANY?
IF THE FILM IS BEING AIRED AND SHE IS NOT PAID, THEN WHO WAS TO PAY HER, WHO IS MAKING MONEY OFF THE FLICK AND WHY IS SHE NOT GETTING A CUT FROM ACCOUNT?
A GOOD ATTORNEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET THIS SETTLED.

Depending on the amount she will have to sue either in small claims court or regular court. Either way, I'm sure the Judge will be entertained. . .

If your friend is really serious about collecting, I suggest she consult an attorney.
