we started in a loveless relationship, but for the last 7 months we learned to care deeply for each other, inlove and inseparable. problems is he has so much plan in his life, that getting married is not one of his priorities right now-which i perfectly understand but he keeps on telling me about having other boyfriends, and i should not wait for him for i may end up becoming a spinster, but he is also jealous whenever i talk to other guys, he said he is not jealous, that he is just concerned that he only wanted me to end up with the right guy. i am lost

he's jealous because he still wants you as a sex partner, and he doesn't want other guys coming around and trying to take his place in that regard. As far a commitment goes, he's been honest with you that he doesn't want one. The choice is yours: continue a casual relationship with him or find someone else who is interested in a committed, long term relationship. Don't make the mistake of thinking that because a guy likes having sex with you means he wants a committed relationship with you.
