Anyways, You know how you need a variety of work-outs that target the same area to get your muscles in better tone? So like does the same thing happen with vitamins?
If you don't understand me let me break it down:
Say you need Vitamin D.....

Will you get the same vitamin D distribution with Milk or Broccoli alone
OR
Will it be a better enhancement if you take some Broccoli or Some Milk?

wtf... You are comparing broccoli and milk to broccoli and milk. Vitamins get distributed evenly throughout your body.

Vitamin D is not in broccoli. Your skin makes Vitamin D after exposure to sunlight. In northern climates there is not enough sun to make Vit D, so it is added to milk, but it is not naturally found in milk.

Other vitamins are found in various foods, including fruits, veggies, meat, legumes, grains. Eat a variety of foods everyday and you will get enough vitamins.
