He would have had 46. He was fully human. Christians are all gonna disagree on how Jesus got the other 23 chromosomes. Some believe God is human-like and that humans are made "in the image and likeness of God" (Genesis 1:27). Others will believe that God just made Jesus have 46 chromosomes just to make Jesus fully complete.

46. He was 100% human. The legend and stories say that he was conceived immaculately. But the most likely truth is that Joseph was in fact his father. There are reasons why the story of the immaculate conception was written - due to Jewish law at the time to protect Mary's innocence as Joseph and she were not married. If you want to believe the Biblical version and in magic, then logic would dictate that for Jesus to live and function in a world based on the laws of physics and biology as provided by the creator he would still be provided with 46 cromosomes, fabricated or borrowed from somewhere else.

This is a common misconception, Mary was NOT Jesus biological mother, the Holly spirit didn't come down and get marry pregnant, no her body was only used as a way to get to earth. If Jesus was part marry then marry not being perfect and having a sin nature would pass that to Jesus. So according to the Bible and to genetics Jesus had 23 pares

23 human chromosomes, along 23 replicas of Mary's chromosomes composed entirely of divine energy/Jesus juice, in order to prevent him from dying one of the most horrible and swift deaths imaginable.

Of course his father was human! Nobody actually believes that Mary fell pregnant all by herself do they? If so, why hasn't "He" impregnated any more 'virgins'? Why stop at one?

He had 46.
Jesus Christ was a man. Wholly and completely.
He also is God, but that did not make him less human.
