A smoked ham is really pink on the inside wich gives off the appearence that it's not done. It should be fine and only need re heating. Maybe on 350 for about 20 minutes.

First make a glaze of pineapple juice and brown sugar. Coat the ham, put in oven in baking pan. Continuously baste throughout. If the ham is pre-cooked, bake uncovered for about an hour to an hour and a half, depending on size. Chances are if someone sent you a smoked ham, it's already cooked. For the last 15 minutes of baking add pineapple rings. Trust me, this will be a delicious sweet ham and the best part is after slicing and serving, use the liquid in the pan for dipping.

Smoked ham is already completely cook to begin with! I usually put a brownsugar, pineapple juice, spicy mustard glaze in it. Baste ocasionally with the pineapple juice, Heat in a slow overn (300-325 degree) until inner temp is around 160 degrees. Last 10 min, put the pineapple rings on.

Enjoy

You can heat , slice and serve You could make a brown sugar and pineapple juice or maple syrup glaze while heating or serve with heated pineapple slices The left over can be diced and added to an omelet or casserole such as a macaroni and broccoli casserole with cheese sauce.

if you can, i'd do it in the crock pot (even if you need to cut it up to fit).
just fill about 3/4 of the way with water, and let cook on low for about 7 hours. it makes the best ham...

Use a meat thermometer and make sure it gets to 165 degrees in the thickest part. Stay away from the bone when taking the temp. YOU DON"T WANT TO GET TRICHINOSIS WORMS.
