Well that is a general discription but it could be pimples, it could be a boil but those usually dont turn red unless you have been mashing at them it could be a form of allergic reaction it could be ingrown hairs if you have a hairy back it could be any number of things with out seeing I would say if ya mash one and it goes away like a pimple it was a pimple or if ya wanna leave it alone then a pimple should work its way gone in about ten days a boil will continue to get bigger and begin to hurt mostly when you sit back and pressure is applied, if its an allergic reation then when whatever you are allegic to leaves your system it will go away. If the multiply really fast say in three days time they are spreading you have the chiken pots or measles go to a dr. If they begin to itch, burn, spew puss, or become painful go to a dr.

Be careful if you pop it! You could get a staff infection or MRSA and end up in the hospital. If it gets inflammed, you should see a doctor to have them lance it. It sounds like a boil to me. If you take baths, you should clean your tube with a bleach cleanser. Start taking showers for awhile to see if the condition clears up. Good luck.

Wait a while to see if it comes to a head. If it does, have someone pop it.
